Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Reencon Development Services Ltd (“Reencon”, “we”, “us”) uses personal information collected through this website. We are registered in Northern Ireland under company number NI040050, and our registered address is C/O Moore Stephens, Chartered Accountants, 4th Floor Donegall House, 7 Donegall Square North, Belfast, BT1 5GB.

What we collect

This website does not collect or store any personal information. The “Send on WhatsApp” option on our contact page only prepares a message in WhatsApp on your own device; nothing is sent until you choose to send it, and nothing passes through or is kept by this website.

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and the content of your message.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited (part of Meta). Messages you send us there are handled under WhatsApp's privacy policy. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please phone or email us instead. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

Third-party content

Our case studies page includes a YouTube video in privacy-enhanced mode. Our contact page offers a Google Map, which only loads if you choose to show it. These services may set their own cookies when used. This website itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and client records for as long as required by law and professional obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@reencon.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
